-Develop and grow a team of industry leading solutions engineers to help make DroneSense the leading provider of public safety drone technology
-Partner with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to develop and refine comprehensive go-to-market strategies for territories.
-Use data-driven analysis to identify emerging opportunities, prioritize high-value accounts, and allocate resources for maximum impact.
-Lead customer engagements by delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
-Serve as the senior product and domain expert in sales cycles, helping to articulate DroneSense’s value proposition in complex, mission-critical environments.
-Oversee strategic trial programs and pilots with partner agencies.
-Set success criteria, ensure cross-departmental alignment, and lead post-trial evaluations to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
-Provide executive-level support to ensure agency satisfaction and ROI.
-Act as a senior ambassador for DroneSense at industry conferences, executive briefings, and on-site customer engagements.
-Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders across public safety organizations to enhance brand credibility and market presence.
Requirements
-Leading a DFR team for a Public Safety agency, or providing DFR related products and services to Public Safety agencies.
-3+ years working with SaaS products, preferrably in a startup environment.
-Requires strong executive presence to influence internal stakeholders and enterprise customers
-Plays a critical role in deal strategy, technical credibility, and post-sales satisfaction
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A low-ego, team-first mentality
-You know when to get your hands dirty and when to lead through influence
-Able to execute on objectives with high level direction and minimal supervision
