About the role
- Independent planning, organization and execution of our concerts and live events — from concept development through on-site implementation
- Responsibility for budget planning, timelines and production processes, including monitoring all relevant milestones
- Coordination and management of external service providers, partners and venues, including contract negotiations and quality control
- Creation and maintenance of all project-related documentation such as event documentation, run sheets, production and safety documents
- Leading internal project and strategy meetings and working closely with the creative, finance and marketing teams
- Managing the entire event management process, including risk and resource planning
- Independent post-event follow-up (evaluation, learnings, budget finalization)
- Further development of our event formats and contribution to new concepts
Requirements
- Several years of experience in event management, ideally in the live or concert sector
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills in dealing with artists, partners and service providers
- Confident with numbers and common business KPIs and terminology
- High level of initiative, reliability and a structured way of working
- Flexibility, including willingness to work occasional weekends or travel
- Enthusiasm for pop culture (anime, gaming, K‑Pop, etc.) is an advantage
