About the role
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize database integration processes between SailPoint ISC and SailPoint IIQ through a middleware synchronization bridge.
- Configure and manage SailPoint integrations with Active Directory and other authoritative sources.
- Enable secure and reliable identity synchronization across connected and disconnected systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system owners to gather requirements and design scalable IAM solutions.
- Provide ongoing operational support for identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional IT experience
- At least 3 years dedicated to SailPoint IdentityIQ development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Ability to obtain and maintain client-specific clearance as required
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication, requirements-gathering, and documentation abilities
- Proven success working independently in distributed teams
- Core Platforms: SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x or higher)
- Programming Languages: Java (required), BeanShell, JavaScript
- Integrations: Active Directory (AD), JDBC, REST/SOAP APIs, database connectors
- Data Management: SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases
- Experience with database synchronization and middleware integration
- Identity Management: Identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications
- Tools & Frameworks: Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Jenkins, ServiceNow (preferred)
