About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations between SailPoint IdentityIQ and enterprise applications.
  • Develop and optimize database integration processes between SailPoint ISC and SailPoint IIQ through a middleware synchronization bridge.
  • Configure and manage SailPoint integrations with Active Directory and other authoritative sources.
  • Enable secure and reliable identity synchronization across connected and disconnected systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system owners to gather requirements and design scalable IAM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional IT experience
  • At least 3 years dedicated to SailPoint IdentityIQ development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
  • Ability to obtain and maintain client-specific clearance as required
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong communication, requirements-gathering, and documentation abilities
  • Proven success working independently in distributed teams
  • Core Platforms: SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x or higher)
  • Programming Languages: Java (required), BeanShell, JavaScript
  • Integrations: Active Directory (AD), JDBC, REST/SOAP APIs, database connectors
  • Data Management: SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases
  • Experience with database synchronization and middleware integration
  • Identity Management: Identity lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, role-based access control (RBAC), access certifications
  • Tools & Frameworks: Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, Jenkins, ServiceNow (preferred)
