• Play a key role in creating and continuously improving customer education through innovative and engaging learning solutions
• Design across multiple instructional delivery modalities, including eLearning and just-in-time performance support, using creative approaches that inspire learners and empower customer self-service
• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and content creators, ensuring high-quality, innovative training solutions
• Design and deliver role-based learning programs that combine e-learning, multimedia, and interactive modules, applying adult learning principles to drive engagement and performance
• Manage and enhance the LMS to optimize content delivery, learner tracking, and the overall user experience
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to align training content with organizational goals, evolving roles, and DraftKings products and processes
• Stay current with learning technologies and instructional design practices to continuously improve training effectiveness and team output
