• Execute and ensure compliance with the configuration management process, including maintaining and updating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Ensure a smooth change management process, including monitoring, supporting, and approving (CAB) approval workflows and promoting continuous improvements
• Develop and implement a roadmap for holistic and agile configuration and change management in line with ITIL best practices
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all operational matters
• Maintain, improve, and implement processes within the ITSM solution and produce reports
• Deliver training and provide operational support to colleagues and external partners, including creating user guides and work instructions
• Participate in cross-functional projects as the operational expert for configuration and change management and represent process-related topics
