About the role

  • Responsible for building a new engine of growth for In Store Account Development
  • Hire, train, and build the initial class of Account Development sellers
  • Drive MRR expansion and growth across the partner base
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics for performance
  • Collaborate with S&O and Product teams to create optimal customer experiences
  • Report to Sr. Director of SMB Sales, In Store, North America

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of building and executing pipeline strategies
  • Experience coaching front line leaders
  • Ability to meet with prospects to understand and resolve their pain points
  • Strong customer obsession
  • Experience in managing high-performing sales teams
  • Capacity to develop programs to improve team engagement
  • Passion for finding and leading new market opportunities
  • Skill in balancing customer wins with company goals
