About the role
- Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, with a focus on non-QM products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly loan production targets in the non-QM space.
- Maintain a minimum monthly production of $2,500,000.
- Cultivate, onboard, and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services.
- Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, provide solutions, and ensure successful loan closings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in non-QM wholesale mortgage sales and a minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry.
- Proven success in leading sales efforts and building wholesale broker partnerships.
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
