About the role

  • Build and strengthen the partner bench by recruiting high-potential partners and developing existing ones into consistent revenue producers.
  • Work in close collaboration with the sales team to align on active opportunities, support deal cycles and accelerate partner pipeline contribution.
  • Build and execute joint business plan with partners (Solution Providers, SIs, VARs).
  • Plan and execute partner-focused campaigns, co-sell motion, and demand generation.
  • Act as partner’s advocate internally; coordinating with sales, sales engineers, and marketing.
  • Forecast, track, and report partner growth and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, or strategic account management.
  • You’re centrally located near a major metro hub with easy access to partners and public transportation, enabling regular in-person engagement.
  • Technical aptitude, able to understand integration architecture, APIs, cybersecurity. Experience in working with partners in cloud, CDN, infrastructure, or cybersecurity domain is a PLUS.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel; ~25% travel expected.
