• Manage the full employee lifecycle (hiring, contracts, payroll, benefits, etc.).
• Keep our HR platforms and databases up to date (Flexoh, Woffu, Officevibe, HRIS…).
• Build and analyze HR & Finance reports, including payroll and cost data.
• Selects and evaluates strategic wellbeing partners, defines KPIs, explores more competitive alternatives, and manages relationships at a strategic level to maximize impact on both people and business.
• Support Finance in audits, process improvements and automation.
• Contribute to salary benchmarking and compensation policies.
