About the role

  • Develop credit approval policies for the various financial products, ensuring the risk levels defined in their strategic planning are maintained.
  • Develop KPIs, controls, and quality processes for ongoing operational monitoring; manage strategic product indicators and propose improvements and/or actions to maximize results.
  • Conduct studies and analyses (for various purposes) to challenge current strategies and policies and/or assess the adoption of new technologies and market trends.
  • Evaluate existing processes to mitigate risks: map and document workflows, strengthen security layers, automate processes, and design projects to support product development and the Risk area.
  • Contribute to various topics within the area, adding value to the business and the Risk team, and mentoring peers and more junior colleagues.
  • Prepare presentations for Risk committees, providing context on the area's status, indicator performance, actions taken, and action plans (next steps).

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Risk, preferably in Credit Policy, Customer Maintenance/Account Management, or Modeling.
  • Data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Oracle, SAS); analytics tools (R, Python, QlikView, Power BI); Microsoft Office suite.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
