About the role

  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly sales commissions.
  • Provide profitability analysis and pricing in collaboration with sales members.
  • Sales commissions.
  • Prepare and analyzing forecasts, annual and strategic planning by business lines.
  • Develop analytical tools and reports that will assist management in decision-making.
  • Develop processes to enhance reporting effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare ad-hoc modeling on business scenarios from various stakeholders.
  • Special projects and other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years analytical experience with financial designation CPA/CMA/CGA preferred.
  • Advanced technical knowledge working with Excel and working knowledge of Hyperion, QLIK and Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills.
  • Prior experience working with large data sets and preparing commissions statements.
  • Results oriented and analytical thinking – high sense of ownership, attention to detail.
  • Superior organization, prioritization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for root cause analysis to identify key levers of financial performance.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with collaboration tools that support virtual and in-person meetings.
