• Optimization and digitization of membership processes as well as maintenance and development of the membership management system (CRM)
• Analysis of member needs and development of target-group-specific offerings to strengthen retention and satisfaction
• Design and implementation of campaigns for member acquisition and retention (online and offline)
• Responsibility for service quality in member communication (telephone, written, digital)
• Budget responsibility and management of external service providers in the context of membership administration
