About the role

  • Lead projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into project execution to enhance efficiency and depth of analysis
  • Collaborate with technology partners to bring innovative solutions to our clients
  • Monitor project economics, including budgets, margins, and resource allocation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management frameworks
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client expansion initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or complex project environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity and composure
  • Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence and their application in business contexts
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business needs and tech solutions
  • Strong commercial awareness — you understand that excellent delivery must also be sustainable
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Italian and English
  • Based in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid working
  • Valued Experience
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel projects
  • Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, Scrum, Design Thinking)
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools, digital platforms, or technology implementation projects
  • International experience — whether through study, work, or cross-border collaboration.
