About the role
- Ensure a seamless transition for clients onto our software platform.
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process—working closely with clients to understand their needs, configure the software to their requirements, and provide training for successful adoption.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client workflows, data structures, and implementation needs.
- Configure Digitail to match client specifications, creating customized solutions for their unique needs.
- Train clients to effectively use and maximize the software's features.
- Assist clients with data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation, escalating to appropriate teams when needed.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work with product management and engineering teams to relay client feedback and improve our product.
- Partner with the CSM team to ensure smooth transitions between sales, onboarding, and ongoing success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or software implementation.
- Excellent people skills—you build rapport and trust with clients naturally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle implementation challenges head-on.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations independently.
- Tech-savvy—you quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems.
- Adaptable and thriving in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows.
- Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
