• Maintain and further develop the system.
• Optimize existing workflows and automations.
• Support the team in improving support processes.
• Provide customer support and online marketing advisory.
• Resolve technical inquiries: work on technical issues (API, IPN integrations).
• Verify bug reports and communicate with the development team.
• Technical administration of Zendesk: maintenance and process optimization.
