Operations

• Play a key role in bringing our Talent Enablement philosophy to life by responding to HR inbox requests with empathy, expertise, and a focus on enabling people and managers to perform at their best
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing inquiries, resolving HR-related challenges, and ensuring a positive employee experience
• Support employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
• Administer and coordinate medical leaves, return-to-work processes, and business accommodation requests
• Lead the coordination of immigration processes
• Conduct exit interviews
• Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across various T&C and Talent Enablement activities
• Serve as a backup to the Talent Enablement Coordinator when needed, providing seamless coverage and support to ensure operational continuity
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities
• Support the design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of scalable talent programs that span the full employee lifecycle (e.g., performance management, organizational design, career development, and talent mobility)
