About the role

  • Preparation and processing of care home billing and maintenance of resident records
  • Account assignment and posting of invoices, bank documents and ongoing business transactions
  • Management of the cash desk and cash holdings, including cash handling and reconciliations
  • Correspondence and administrative tasks such as contract management, documentation, filing and telephone switchboard duties
  • Support for the facility management in organizational and administrative matters, including interface work with care staff, relatives and external agencies

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or financial/accounting field
  • Ideally, initial experience in administration and accounting
  • Reliability, motivation and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to act independently and to work cooperatively as part of a team
  • Enjoyment in creatively shaping the working environment
  • Respectful and appreciative attitude towards elderly, care-dependent people
