About the role
- Supervision and support of in‑plant repair projects
- Preparation of technical documentation for order processing
- Damage assessment and documentation
- Repair planning and tracking
- Support for plant management, workshop management and service/assembly technicians
- Project-related procurement and sales activities
- Further development of technical documentation and process procedures
- Deputising for the technical manager and potential future takeover of technical management
Requirements
- Successfully completed qualification as an engineer, technician or master craftsman in the mechanical field (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience
- Initial leadership experience or willingness to gain leadership experience
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Resilient, team-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
