About the role
- Perform, coordinate and improve the most complex activities (3rd level environment) required to deliver IT services and supporting infrastructure to meet relevant KPIs.
- Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support the organization’s business processes.
- Identify weaknesses in existing processes and eliminate them according to industry and internal standards.
- Administer IT operations for Microsoft Windows Server (Azure Infrastructure Services: File, Print, Terminal, Cluster Services, Active Directory, DNS), Microsoft 365 technologies / Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual environments.
- Participate in automating and standardizing workflows using appropriate scripting (PowerShell).
- Independently perform basic troubleshooting and error correction, or manage their escalation.
- Handle ordering and change management processes.
- Work as part of a team or independently to implement and maintain solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows scripting and automation (PowerShell, Terraform)
- Experience with Microsoft Server
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (authorization/identity management)
- Experience with NFS authorization management
- Certification AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate (nice to have)
- Certification SC-300 Identity and Access Administrator Associate (nice to have)
- Certification Terraform Associate (nice to have)
- Certification Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- German language proficiency at least B2 level
- English language skills are an advantage (B2 level)
