About the role

  • Act as primary point of contact for key clients overseeing trading, clearing, and technical requirements
  • Advocate for client needs across internal teams and departments
  • Resolve time-sensitive issues with precision and professionalism
  • Guide clients through technical changes and system enhancements and new software releases
  • Provide technical and functional support for cash and derivative markets and connectivity options
  • Proactively inform clients about upcoming initiatives, new releases, and changes
  • Maintain and coordinate interfaces, handle ad-hoc queries, and realize change processes
  • Act as main liaison between Deutsche Börse Group and the client for technical issues
  • Understand and apply relevant German and global financial regulations to guide clients
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (networking, product development) to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in finance, economics, IT, or related field
  • Experience in client service or tech-adjacent roles
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients
  • Ability to stay proactive and composed under pressure
  • Fast learner eager to grow into a specialized, high-impact field
  • Enjoy solving complex problems and connecting the dots across systems
  • Proficient in English (German is a plus)
