About the role
- Help solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
- Provide customer service and promote specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels
- Drive results by assessing information requests and recommending products based on client needs and business objectives
- Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
- Build an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
- Advise members and clients on specialized products and services
- Manage requests and perform follow-up as needed
- Assist members and clients by proposing personalized solutions
- Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, required tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
