About the role

  • Help solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients
  • Provide customer service and promote specialized products and services through multiple distribution channels
  • Drive results by assessing information requests and recommending products based on client needs and business objectives
  • Ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures
  • Build an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
  • Advise members and clients on specialized products and services
  • Manage requests and perform follow-up as needed
  • Assist members and clients by proposing personalized solutions
  • Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, required tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
