About the role
- Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
- Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels
- Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members
Requirements
- Experience or education in financial services is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
