About the role
- Lead monthly financial closing processes for global operations, including consolidation, analysis, and timely communication of results
- Prepare regular financial reports and detailed performance analyses, including cost analysis and variance tracking
- Act as a finance partner to senior leadership in strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing profitability and growth
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to drive global cost-reduction initiatives and support business case development
- Lead the global budgeting process for the global customs and service organization
- Preparing reports and financial analyses for the company with focus and production cost
- Support capacity planning and output analysis to improve efficiency and resource allocation
Requirements
- university degree, preferably in economics
- at least five years of experience in a similar position
- familiar with financial processes in production and supply chain management
- experience in cost controlling or factory controlling, which is highly preferred
- fluent in English, both written and spoken
- highly developed analytical and communication skills
- organize your own work and prioritize tasks effectively
- willing to expand your knowledge and open for sharing professional experience
- ready to travel on business trips between 5-15 days per year
