About the role
- Analyse programme activity to identify change impacts across people, processes, and systems
- Support the development and application of change frameworks, tools, and plans
- Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather insights, and support engagement activities
- Contribute to readiness assessments and ensure the organisation is prepared for upcoming changes
- Track adoption, identify risks, and help drive continuous improvement in change delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in change management or business transformation
- Understanding of change frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable outputs
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
