  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs, gather insights, and support engagement activities

  • Track adoption, identify risks, and help drive continuous improvement in change delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management or business transformation
  • Understanding of change frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear, actionable outputs
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
