About the role
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
- Create and manage project tracker sheets and master documents.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Manage onsite event operations, including setup, execution, and post-event activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive project initiatives.
- Prepare P&L statements and manage project budgets.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure timely updates and proper storage of project-related documents.
- Efficiently manage task delegation and workflows using PM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and projects.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts to ensure engagement and growth.
- Availability to travel and work onsite for events as required.
Requirements
- Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in project management, event management, business development, and digital project execution.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid work permit for Germany.
- Immediate availability to start on July 1, 2024.
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
