About the role
- Analyze consumer feedback and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and corrective actions
- Support the development and maintenance of quality documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the creation and execution of quality audits and process reviews
- Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and product quality
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, able to present complex information clearly
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in business analysis, data management, or related field, preferably in Footwear or Apparel industries
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
