About the role
- Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options.
- Assist with plan enrollments and transitions between plans.
- Perform plan comparisons and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines.
- Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Requirements
- Hold a valid health insurance license.
- Be able to provide proof of release or intent to release if currently or previously appointed with another agency or carrier.
- Maintain current AHIP certification for the applicable plan year.
- Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
- Ability to contract with and be RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers.
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to work in accordance with federal CMS regulations.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
