About the role
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team responsible for DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure automation for the Infinia platform.
- Architect and evolve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, and related automation frameworks.
- Oversee deployment automation, monitoring, and observability across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Identify root causes of system inefficiencies and implement long-term, scalable solutions that improve uptime and performance.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, cost optimization, and scalability strategies to support large-scale enterprise and AI workloads.
- Partner with development and product teams to integrate security-by-design principles into DevOps workflows.
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance with key standards (SOC2, FedRAMP, ISO27001, NIST).
- Foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise with DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps, Terraform, Ansible).
- Strong experience with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and multi-cloud architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze systemic issues and implement permanent, scalable fixes.
- Strong background in CI/CD automation, observability, and infrastructure management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
