About the role
- Curriculum development: Continuously improve and update our curriculum.
- Tutoring: Lead regular tutorial sessions to reinforce course content and address participants' questions.
- Team responsibility: Collaborate with instructors and colleagues to support learner success and continually improve the course.
Requirements
- Enrollment status: Currently enrolled at a university for at least one more year (required).
- Time commitment: Available to work 15–20 hours per week as a tutor (required).
- Experience: Some experience in digital sales, particularly with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and a willingness to deepen this expertise.
- Language: Fluent in German with excellent communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills: Empathetic and enjoy working with people.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational ability and a structured approach to projects.
