About the role

  • Develop and execute a territory plan and detailed business strategies to meet or exceed your sales goals and quotas
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate across teams to share market feedback and drive customer-centric improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related professional experience
  • 2–4 years of proven success in sales, preferably in solution-based or B2B environments
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect and build rapport
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
