About the role

  • Own and lead the strategic direction, prioritization, and governance for one of DaVita’s five enterprise data domains.
  • Coordinate closely with Data Stewards and Data Custodians across several ‘sub-domains’.
  • Promote data product adoption with business users in governance forums.
  • Organize and run regular Domain Working Groups to drive accountability for sub-domain teams.

Requirements

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Set and communicate a clear vision and priorities for data efforts within the domain, ensuring alignment with Village-wide priorities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with departmental management and business leaders to develop strategic and tactical solutions.
  • Decision Rights (Governance): Be final decision-maker for data issues and policy changes within the domain.
  • Guidance and Support: Support Data Stewards and Data Custodians as they resolve data quality issues.
