About the role
- Lead new contract actuarial underwriting process, from data transformation to final recommendations to business leaders
- Manage teammate productivity and performance within new business lane of the DaVita actuarial team
- Support enterprise risk management process and capability development
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in new business underwriting of commercial value-based care contracts
- Strong management capabilities for actuarial teams
- Knowledge of data validation and transformation
- Ability to model economics of new contracts
- Skill in developing pricing recommendations
- Experience with enterprise risk management and predictive modeling
- Research skills on health care industry trends
- Excellent presentation skills for executive-level communication.
