- Lead and manage the technical product delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful product releases
- Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables, timeline, and scope
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team
- Ensure team aligns with methodologies for product development and deployment
Requirements
- Overseeing the end-to-end process of product delivery in the technology environment
- Managing cross functional teams, ensuring successful product launches
- Collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to deliver high quality solutions
- Leading and mentoring team members including engineering, product, business analyst, QA, and project
- Monitoring and tracking project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
- Evaluating and improving product delivery processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying and resolving any roadblocks or risks that may impact delivery
