About the role
- Define the future of the DataRobot platform and scale the design organization
- Articulate the overarching design vision, standards, and operating model
- Take responsibility for the organizational structure, talent acquisition, and professional development
- Drive alignment across major product domains for cohesive end-to-end user experience
- Represent Product Design to the executive leadership team and advocate for design thinking
- Demonstrate the impact of design initiatives on key business metrics
- Shape the design team's identity and culture
- Mentor and grow design leaders
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design
- At least 3+ years in senior management (Director level or above)
- Proven track record leading design for complex enterprise B2B software
- Strong, practical understanding of AI/ML workflows
- Exceptional ability to communicate and negotiate design strategy with C-level and VP-level partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
