About the role
- own all aspects of solution design for new and existing customers
- ensure technical implementation success and scaling best practices across the organization
- work with customer success managers to build strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders
- lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals
- ensure customers fully adopt key features and capabilities
Requirements
- 3-5 years as a technical customer success manager/account manager, technical implementation specialist, solutions architect, sales engineer or related role
- deep understanding of cybersecurity principles
- strong understanding of API security, versioning, documentation, and lifecycle management
- proven ability to take responsibility for projects of increasing complexity
- comfortable and effective in presenting to diverse audiences
- proven ability to work cross-functionally and leverage diverse teams
