About the role

  • After a comprehensive onboarding, you will be responsible for ensuring the system availability of our clients
  • Analyze and resolve operational incidents (via ticketing system)
  • Administration of server infrastructures (servers, network, backup, firewall, MS SQL databases, virtualized environments)
  • Communication and coordination of technical tasks with the clients' IT representatives
  • Creation of operational documentation in our ITSM tool
  • Proactively incorporate technological innovations and insights

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft product range such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
  • Basic knowledge in areas such as Microsoft Clustering and VMware
  • Interest in automating and optimizing operational processes
  • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and team skills and a solution- and customer-oriented working style
