About the role

  • After comprehensive onboarding, you will work in a versatile role—primarily remotely and partly on-site at our regional clients
  • You are responsible for ensuring system availability
  • Analyzing and resolving operational incidents via the ticketing system
  • Administration of server infrastructures (servers, networking, backup, firewall, MS SQL databases, virtualized environments)
  • Communicating and coordinating technical tasks with customers' IT representatives
  • Creating operational documentation in our ITSM tool
  • Proactively incorporating technological innovations and insights

Requirements

  • Successfully completed IT training or equivalent professional experience (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DFS
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Clustering and VMware
  • Enthusiasm for automating and optimizing operational processes
  • Strong German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a solution- and customer-oriented working style
  • A valid Class B driving license
