About the role
- Work on delivering real, impactful projects as part of your team
- Work closely with colleagues, including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others, to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
- Create informative and repeatable reporting that highlights business trends and improvement opportunities
- Conduct research and analysis to develop solutions
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams
- Cultivate relationships with associates across the company
- Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success
- Develop, implement new product strategies
- Own initiatives and drive results, making decisions and taking actions that are in the best interests of company
- Build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
- Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree
- Strategic and analytic orientation: A track record of analytic decision making and problem solving
- Conceptual thinking skills complemented by strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic marketing and credit risk management
- Strong communication and influence skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Clear results orientation : Displays an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals
- Strong Business Judgement
