About the role
- Design and build foundational infrastructure and tools for software products.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices across the platform.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a platform engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Good knowledge of programming languages such as GoLang, Java or Python.
- Awareness of security principles and best practices in software development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
