About the role
- Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable data-driven solutions
- Develop and optimize LLMs, vector databases, and graph structures
- Create advanced forecasts, classifications, and recommendation engines
- Improve data pipelines and ensure access to high-quality data
- Turn complex business needs into practical, high-impact AI use cases
- Collaborate closely with digital leads, architects, and developers
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Explore new tools and technologies to keep Danfoss at the forefront of AI innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- 1+ year hands-on experience with AI/ML development
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with notebooks and ML frameworks
- Experience with forecasting models or large language models
- Good understanding of databases, data structures, and software architecture
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks, or MATLAB
- Curious, proactive mindset — comfortable navigating complexity and engaging stakeholders
