About the role
- Leading the projects in an agile way to ensure efficient way of working, fast decision processes, continuous retrospective learnings and meet Time to Market objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Working cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and Sales to drive the project forward.
- Facilitating and leading effective communication towards key stakeholders.
- Leading the project Team of colleagues and ensuring motivation and high performance through Indirect and Situational leadership.
- Creating and managing project plans, follow-up and coordinating activities within the project team.
Requirements
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably within electronic and software or equivalent.
- A few years of experience from a similar position, or as people manager.
- Several years of project leadership experience in a complex multi-project environment.
- Ability to communicate effortlessly in English in writing and speaking.
- Experience working in an agile environment with continuously learning and adjusting to meet the project objectives.
- Strong prior exposure to project process, project quality, continuous improvement and optimization.
- A background with electronic controllers and thermostat will be considered as a clear advantage.
- Positive attitude, high engagement, strong people leadership skills.
- Good presentation and communication competences to collaborate with cross functional colleagues.
- Resilience while facing challenges.
