About the role

  • Collaborating with a design team to develop new products and improve existing ones
  • Supporting product development through design input, analysis, and testing
  • Creating and executing test plans using a range of power supplies (low voltage DC, high voltage AC/DC, and 120–690Vac mains)
  • Documenting project work including sketches, specifications, and design journals
  • Participating in prototype construction and testing activities
  • Learning new tools and techniques through onboarding, training, and hands-on experience
  • Contributing to project planning and tracking to meet performance, quality, and cost goals
  • Working closely with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 0–3 years of experience in power electronics, variable frequency drives, or related areas
  • Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, and test setups
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safety-first culture
  • Familiarity with engineering tools like MatLab, Pspice, and simulation platforms
  • Comfortable working with PC-based equipment and peripherals
  • Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team environment
