About the role

  • Develop a strong foundation in sales strategy, technology and programs through our Sales rotational program across various disciplines
  • Support customers by working with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Develop and execute account strategies, working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn technical expertise into commercial success
  • Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback-driven learning experiences

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field)
  • A growth mindset —you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations as you grow your career
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred
