About the role
- Develop a strong foundation in sales strategy, technology and programs through our Sales rotational program across various disciplines
- Support customers by working with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value
- Develop and execute account strategies, working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn technical expertise into commercial success
- Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback-driven learning experiences
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field)
- A growth mindset —you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate during program rotations as you grow your career
- Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred
