About the role
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing methods that directly improve our quality, boost efficiency, and create a better work environment for your colleagues
- Guide our Continuous Improvement Teams, empowering them to find creative solutions and fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued
- Dive deep into our production processes to analyze challenges, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions that prevent defects before they happen
- Partner with our design teams to share your valuable manufacturing insights, helping us create products that are both brilliant and buildable
- Use your analytical skills to build compelling cases for new tools, technologies, and capital investments that will keep us on the cutting edge
- Take ownership of key projects from start to finish, managing changes and growth initiatives that will shape the future of our facility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of three (3) years of impactful manufacturing engineering experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with key areas in the business
- Experience developing and executing effective manufacturing solutions
- Experience with PLC programming, electronic test equipment or Microsoft Project is preferred
