Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding component functions.
- Experience in project management, with knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control methodologies.
- Strong skills in project management software like MS Project and Earned Value Management.
- Leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
