- Ensure innovative compressors are delivered efficiently and reliably
- Lead the Order Fulfillment team
- Analyze and optimize order-to-shipment processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning and Production
- Monitor key performance indicators and derive appropriate measures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Several years of professional experience in a similar area
- Initial leadership experience
- Regular user of SAP
- Fluent communication in German and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical, pragmatic and proactive working style
