About the role
- Take full technical responsibility for product design, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and compliance with global standards.
- Lead design and development of new products, from early concept to final validation and release.
- Drive continuous improvements in quality, functionality, and manufacturing efficiency across existing products.
- Validate and refine designs through testing and customer feedback to secure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely across teams and external partners to keep projects on track and ensure smooth daily progress to drive projects forward and coordinate day-to-day progress within the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in electronic product design.
- Proficiency in mechanical design and 3D modelling tools (e.g., Autodesk Inventor).
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as UL and EMC.
- Experience with hardware validation testing (functional, EMI/EMC, vibration, environmental).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with professional fluency in English.
