About the role

  • Maintain and update core employee data in global HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support and administer workforce processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to resolve data-related requests quickly and effectively.
  • Perform regular audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, supporting continuous improvement.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in HR administration or data management.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Service-oriented mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with an international mindset.
