About the role
- Overall planning, design, and optimization of production processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Development of employee skills training system materials
- Evaluation and improvement of new product ramp-up processes
- Responsible for production line capacity analysis and providing reasonable staffing suggestions
- Responsible for improvements related to production, operations, and design of auxiliary production tools
- Responsible for drawing the factory layout to enhance factory tourability and improve logistics and transportation efficiency
- Increase factory automation and digital coverage through automation and digitalization import
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of production experience
- Proficient in IE and Lean Production theory, familiar with CAD drawing
- Good communication and coordination skills
