About the role
- Participate in a dynamic trainee program gaining hands-on experience with partner management and sales development projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
- Prepare commercial offers, provide technical advice, and support sales activities to achieve agreed goals
- Collaborate closely with the Partner Sales Manager, local Sales Engineers, and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, applications)
- Support business development plans, pricing structures, and partner growth initiatives
- Provide resources and guidance to partners, monitor sales performance, and share best practices
- Participate in sales projects, generate leads, and conduct market studies in Poland
Requirements
- Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (e.g. mechatronics)
- Enjoyment of working with people paired with solid communication skills
- Business acumen with analytical, process-oriented mindset
- Proactive, can-do attitude, and high motivation for personal development
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent Polish and very good English language skills in speaking and writing
- B driving license and travel flexibility within Poland (at least 3 days per week, a car will be provided)
